Song of the Week: “Default” by Django Django

Another week, another song, this time from a Edinburgh, Scotland band who are apparently not named for Django Reinhardt.  Here is “Default” by Django Django:

There’s a catchy riff and the song stands out for not really sounding like anything else right now although it does remind me a bit of some psychedelic proto-punk songs like “Psychotic Reaction” by Count Five or “Your Gonna Miss Me” by 13th Floor Elevators.

Enjoy!
